Isaiah 54:17 (KJV)

No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that rise against thee in judgement thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.

Do you know that you have the victory simply because you chose Jesus as your lord and savior?

Victory is not a feeling you feel; it is a right given to you because Christ says you belong to him.

It is your heritage, and you own it.

The devil will manipulate your thoughts and emotions to make you forget that victory is yours.

He comes connivingly with the same old tricks, condemning you of your past and telling you that you're unworthy.

You have to put on the whole armor of God and stand against the lies.

When overwhelmed, speak what the word of God says about you.

We can't be defeated serving God, so you should never agree with your thoughts that tell you you're less than; you're victorious!

Honestly, we can be our worst enemy. We stunt our progress with negative thoughts and words we say to ourselves.

Being your worst critic is not the answer to walking in victory; trusting what the Lord says about you is how you overcome.

It takes practice, but being intentional about changing our thoughts will help align us with the word of God.

God says you're more than a conqueror, so believe it! God says he is on your side, and no one can stand against you, so believe it! What's in your power and your control is your belief.

Pray this prayer

Father,

I've been down in my thoughts lately. A lot has been going on that I need to lay at your feet. I surrender to your word that states no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and I believe everything you say about me. Help me stand on your word, trusting that I am more than a conqueror. Lead me to speak your word when my thoughts prey against me. Deliver me from all of Satan's tactics. I proclaim that in Jesus's name, I am victorious, amen.
